Cupping Therapy
Cupping in chiropractic is a therapeutic technique that involves placing special cups on the skin to create suction. This suction helps improve blood circulation, reduce muscle tension, and promote healing by increasing the flow of oxygen and nutrients to the treated areas.
Cupping is often used to alleviate pain, stiffness, and inflammation, and can complement other chiropractic treatments. It may leave temporary marks on the skin, but these typically fade over time.
M.R.T.
Muscle Release Technique (M.R.T.) in chiropractic is a soft tissue therapy used to treat musculoskeletal pain. It involves a hands-on approach where the chiropractor applies specific pressure to tight or damaged muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia while the patient moves the affected area.
This technique helps break up scar tissue, release tension, and improve mobility, promoting faster healing and pain relief. A.R.T. is commonly used for conditions like muscle strains, tendonitis, and repetitive stress injuries.

IASTM
Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) in chiropractic is a technique that uses specialized tools to treat soft tissue injuries. The chiropractor uses these tools to apply controlled pressure to areas of muscle tension, scar tissue, or adhesions.
The purpose is to break down scar tissue, improve circulation, and enhance the healing process. IASTM is often used for conditions like tendinitis, muscle tightness, and repetitive strain injuries, helping to increase mobility and reduce pain.
